Frozen Berry Smoothie Recipe – Your Ultimate Summer Drinks!

Summer is coming, and in England it finally feels like it’s coming today. Yes finally, because we have had a whole week of storm and torrential rain! So of course I have to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun. We all know the importance of hydration, and what better drink to have than this Frozen Berry Smoothie Recipe! Berries are some of the healthiest food you can eat, and that’s perfect because they are so YUMMY! 5 minutes in the kitchen and you’ll be drinking this refreshing smoothie jam-packed with extra antioxidants, fibre and all goodness nature has to offer. And then you can also whip up a refreshing Rainbow Salad for lunch and enjoy the ultimate powerhouse of antioxidant together!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen berries (I buy them prepackaged from the supermarket)
  • 2 cups of oat milk or nut milk of your choice, or milk.
    • You may add more or less to have a more sludgie or more runny consistency, as per your preference.
  • 1-2 tbsp of sugar (optional)

Steps
